The most important responsibility of our Sales/Customer Service Specialists (SCSS) is selling massage services and memberships to our Wellness Program. Sales experience is a mandatory requirement. Experience with the MindBody sales and scheduling platform is preferred, but not required.
Other responsibilities include booking appointments, maintaining our clean, inviting studio atmosphere and answering the phone professionally and politely to ensure a flawless guest experience. We are very involved in matching our clients with the Massage Therapists that are best suited to meet their needs – our people excel at communication and giving the best customer service experience possible, as if they are family. Every day is different and every day we are presented with new challenges. We're looking for someone who will be flexible and bring in a positive attitude every single day.

Qualified candidates must have at least two years of sales and customer service experience in a retail environment, be a team-oriented thinker and possess the ability to learn new computer software. Experience with MindBody software is a plus.
