Elements Massage was founded by a massage therapist in 2006 with the philosophy that happy therapists and happy sales client service specialists create happy clients who return and refer their friends and family.  

Sales / Client Service Specialist

Sales / Client Service Specialists (SCSS) are the face of the studio.  The SCSS handle all of the pre- and post-massage aspects of the Elements Client Experience.  Applicants should possess the following traits and skills:

  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and sales
  • A warm, friendly, personality with a passion for customer service
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Ability and desire to work as part of a synergistic team
  • Goal-oriented
  • Past experience in the massage industry NOT required, but certainly a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and outbound phones
  • Scheduling & confirming client appointments
  • Explaining & selling memberships
  • Assistance with studio marketing and promotions
  • Data entry
  • General administrative tasks
  • Assistance in facility maintenance
